We are pleased to announce the establishment of a new National Ranking Snooker event for 2017 - the Ian Chappell Blacktown Workers Snooker to be held in Sydney from the 14th - 16th July. The NSW Billiards and Snooker Association (NSW BSA) have negotiated a deal with the Blacktown Workers for 3 years and leveraging the ABSC Patron relationship with Ian Chappell. The event will be played over 3 full days and will be tied to a 100 year celebration of the NSW BSA after it was established in 1917. The event will also be a double points ranking status. As part of the sponsorship deal with Blacktown, there is also a commitment to recover all 7 tables prior to the event. More information will be provided early in the new year.
