Chee Yap defeated Ken Fleming 4 - 1. Results 2011 Redlands Hcap Snooker Challenge These comments are usually made by our beloved leader who is currently
winging his way to the good old United States of America for 5 weeks with his bride. I wish to thank all those cueists who were kind enough to play in our recent Redlands Challenge which was run on such short notice. Your efforts were very much appreciated and you may be assured I will endeavour to contact you again next year with an invitation to play in our comp. I think there will always be a place for these handicap events where it gives players of all abilities an opportunity to pit themselves against some of our leading lights and possibly improve their skills. It may be possible to arrange next years Challenge over two weeks with a best of 5 frames format- We will see. I must congratulate Chee Yap for winning our Challenge this year over a man who will not accept he is over 72 years old but battles away and seems to be getting better all the time- Good on you Ken (Killer) Fleming- Good on you both.
