There are links to the draws which have updated results as they come to hand.
It is very hard to find as the links are on one of the rotating articles on the ABSC Home Page.
Better to go to the obsf.info website, it looks the same as the ABSC (funny that) but only has 2 rotating articles. The links are in a hard to read blue colour and are for the Billiards, Under 21, Womens 6 Reds, Womens Snooker, Mens 6 Reds and Mens Snooker. Once you have clicked on to the links, they change to a more palatable blue.
Three West Australian’s make the semis, Bolton, Judge and McCullagh who incidentally has the highest break 134.
A Huge result for Danik Lucas in the Billiards, runner up to Australia’s in form player Matthew Bolton.
I have been in contact with Danik and he has many positives to bring away from the tournament, none the least of which is his fine 325 break.
This break was only beaten by Matthew’s 383, which in the scheme of the final, accounted for 90% of the difference between them at the end of the match, 437.
It is great that we have Danik back on the tables with a positive approach to delivering his best, his words, ‘I’ll keep trying’.
The QBSA and its membership look forward to following your progress Danik, no pressure, all the best for your next tournament in Hornsby NSW on the 20-23rd April.
